Responsibilities

The position is responsible for overseeing installation and/or modernization projects in elevators/escalators, and coordination of schedules ensuring timely completion of all structural requirements (Builder's works) as specified in the approved construction drawings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must be at least graduates/holders of Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical);
• At least 2 years work experience either in project management of low, mid and high-rise buildings including handling of sub-contractors and vendors;
• PRC license will be an advantage
• Strong command in oral and written communications;
• Very good coordinating and assessment skills;
• Must be patient and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed;
• Very good time management and can work effectively under pressure;
• Full-time/Permanent and contractual position(s) available;
• Applicants must be willing to work in Metro Manila.
