KEY Responsibilities

• Attend Coordination Meetings on site with customers and subcontractors
• Close coordination with subcontractor with regards to schedule and quality
• Ensures all EHS policies is carried out on the entire duration of the project
• Coordination with Customer’s representative at site.
• Conduct Installation & Quality checklists
• Identify punch list, status and close-out
• Coordinate punch list to subcontractor
• Escalate Equipment, Installation and Quality issues to PIC and to proper channels
• Receiving and checking of delivery of materials and equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Must be a licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
• Knowledgeable in HVAC System and Project Management
• Knowledgeable in MS Offices, Autocad, and can interpret construction plants
• With excellent time management and communication (Internal & External)
• With Planning, Organizing and Anticipating skills.
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Must be willing to work in different areas
• Open to fresh graduates
